MISSION STATEMENT
At DryAway we are dedicated to helping people enjoy a cleaner and more organized laundry space. DryAway is a system that you use daily and a workhorse in the laundry room. We believe tools should be reliable. DryAway was built with quality and designed to last a long time making your wash day easier.
WARRANTY
One-year parts only on manufacturers defects with replacement parts provided.
RETURN POLICY
Refund for product returned within 4 months of purchase date minus original and return shipping costs. Product must be unopened and in undamaged condition. Custom orders are not returnable. A $50 per box (2-frame) restocking & processing fee will be charged to the customer for the return. At the customers’ expense, DryAway will provide a return label for your convenience. Refunds are completed only after the product is received and inspected at the DryAway warehouse.
SHIPPING CLAIMS
We rarely have shipping issues but please reach out directly to DryAway by phone or email to file a shipping claim. As the shipper, DryAway needs to place the claim with our shipping company, not you, the receiver. If there is damage, we need pictures of the damaged box and contents at multiple angles. Please provide 7 plus photos as that is what our shipper asks for.
LIABILITY
DryAway is not responsible for improper installation, modifications or unintended use of the product.
